Under the Sun

“Bengaluru-based design consultancy firm RSP Design Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. designed the Under the Sun residential villa project, nestled amidst a myriad mix of 2650 fully-grown fruit yielding trees alongside a protected lakebed. The surrounding vegetation adds character to the form and massing, which enhances the contemporary language of the entire structure.

Under the Sun aims to achieve the LEED Platinum certificate, due to its green building strategies. The existing trees are maintained, which promises extensive cross ventilation, enhanced daylight, and fresh-air ventilation – The IFJ Magazine
